You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
Interview credits are consumed immediately when an interview session is started. Due to the computational and third-party API costs associated with providing interviews, unused or partially used credits are non-refundable.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at interviewhq@proton.me within 7 days of the charge, and we will review your request.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. If the service is discontinued, active subscriptions will be canceled and future charges will stop.
